"That we should walk together as if we were one"

Pope Francis Anglican Celebration-phtoDFishburne-smaller2
Taken from John 17, this verse from Scripture could be a comfort and a lesson to all of us as we look toward our own futures, post-election. But, rather, the wise words were pulled from an address from His Holiness Pope Francis, speaking to a group of Anglicans and Roman Catholics at an ecumenical service in Rome last month. A group of CEEP members had the opportunity to travel to the 50th Anniversary celebration of the Anglican Centre in Rome. CEEP board member Donald Fishburne was kind enough to share his reflections, and to gather a few words from others who attended. Please take a look at his reflections, in words and photos, on our blog.

Partners with heart: An abundance of resources at #CEEP2017

We carefully choose our partners and exhibitors for our diverse and busy members. By definition, CEEP members wear more than one hat. A vestry member is also a sunday school
teacher. A pastor is also a business manager. It is our priviledge to present our attendees this year with over 40 exhibitors who can help you in your ministry.
From the practical (Ask the Accountant), to the pastoral (Listening Hearts Ministry) to the formative (FORMA) and the restorative (Evergreene Architectural Arts, Mezalick Design Studio, and more). And, of course, there will be stewardship, stewardship, stewardship
Inspiration will be available in abundance, from St. Francis Community Services' work with child victims of trafficking.
THANK YOU to all our 2017 conference partners! You will have the opportunity to connect with them at the conference, and even before, so take a look now at  Talk to your parish leaders and plan your strategy before you arrive. Or, just come and be inspired.
