HELP!

We're working to bring Sonoma County the best Bike to Work Day yet, and thanks to dozens of business, government, organizational, and individual partners, it's going to happen, tomorrow, May 10th!

Meanwhile, the Tour of California's coming up on Sunday, along with several rides on Saturday that celebrate the tour. We're involved in many ways, and the result is that we're a bit short-staffed.

We like to do things well around here, and that means having plenty of help to carry out each of our activities.

Please take a look at the following list of tasks (mostly valet bike parking), and pick up a shift or two if you can. Your efforts will truly make a tremendous difference to the level of service we're able to provide.

2:00 p.m. load truck at storage in South Santa Rosa (critically need 2 people)

3:00 - 5:00 set-up at Trek Store (need 3 people)

5:00 – 8:00 p.m. (park bikes and tear-down -- need 3 people)
4:30 - 7:00 (beer & wine service -- need 3 people0

Shift:

5:00 – 7:30 – (need 1 more person)

May 12^th, 7 a.m. – 6p.m.: Echelon GranFondo, Sonoma

7:00 am. – 10:30 (need 5 people)

10:30 – 2:00 (need 10 people)
2:00 – 6:00 (need 10 people)

May 13^th, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.: Tour of California, Santa Rosa Downtown

7:00 – 9:00 (need 5 people)
9:00 – 12:30 (need 10 people)
12:30 – 4:00 (need 10 people)
