	Hi Mead Lover, Happy 2012! Barring the impending end of civilization as we know it, this year looks like it's going to be a great one at your favorite Meadery! We have lots of fun events, wonderful new mead flavors and exciting happenings in the works that we are sure you will want to be a part of. One of the things that we are very excited about is to have added a few new stores where you can find Starrlight Mead locally! (If we aren't in your neighborhood yet, we may be soon... stay tuned!)

Mead and Your "Honey" - Feb. 11
Valentine's Day is rapidly approaching and your favorite sweetheart Mead Wenches are planning a day of Mead, Chocolate, Music and Fun, just for you and your "honey"! Come on out to the Meadery on Saturday, February 11th, for a day with your Sweetie. 	Mead Making Classes
	As we mentioned last year, Rockingham Community College asked us to teach 3 classes this spring. And we said Yes! There is still time to sign up for one of these upcoming classes: Beginning Mead Making - 3/17 or 4/28 This class will include mead styles, tasting, equipment, demos and more for mixing up your own home brew concoctions! Starting Your Own Winery, Brewery or Meadery - What You Need to Know - 2/25 This 4 hour class will cover the basics of what you need to know to open your OWN commercial winery, brewery or meadery! Lots of great information based on our experience. Each class is open to everyone (over 21) and only costs $35! Sign up and join us for a fun and informative time!
