YMCA End of Summer Closure

Please remember the YMCA’s Wenatchee Facility will be closed August 28 through September 6 to allow staff to work on a variety of remodeling, cleaning and training projects. We have found this comprehensive approach during what would be the lowest usage week of the year to be more desirable than inconveniencing members with a series of partial closures. The Eastmont YMCA Aquatic Center (EYAC), located at 980 3^rd St in East Wenatchee, will be operating during the YMCA closure. Please see the special fitness opportunities and detailed EYAC schedule below for options during the closure. The Eastmont YMCA Aquatic Center will be closed Saturday, September 4 through Wednesday, September 8 for the Labor Day holiday and annual repairs.

Core Combo at EYAC

This mat based core conditioning class combines Pilates, traditional abdominal and low back exercises, and balance work to target the mid-section.

Breakfast Hike to Saddlerock

Bring your breakfast and experience the sunrise with a hike up Saddlerock with YMCA staff. Meet at the Appleatchee Trailhead.

Lake Wenatchee YMCA Golf Tournament – August 25, 2010

The Annual YMCA Golf Tournament is scheduled for August 25, 2010 at Kahler Glen Golf Course. The four person scramble format costs $100.00 per golfer and includes prizes and a great meal at the Lake Wenatchee YMCA Camp. Net proceeds support Camp facility projects.
