Apply for a Community Connect Grant
with The San Francisco Foundation Workshop at Bayview Opera House Monday, May 21, 2 - 4PM ![]() The Implementation Committee governing the use of those funds is preparing to distribute them later this year. But first, the Committee is turning to the community for feedback to ensure its grantmaking strategy matches the needs of District 10 residents. The Implementation Committee, with the support of The San Francisco Foundation, is accepting applications from nonprofit organizations based in San Francisco’s District 10 for grants up to $8,000 to engage community residents in this process. Mural, Music & Arts Project This Ain’t the 90's: Leadership in Action Tour” is the collective debut of five Bay Area visual and performing artists and over 40 youth apprentices. The innovative show features novel, urban-inspired Hip Hop performance and artwork that integrates vocal expression, dance, film production, and graffiti to address local issues of leadership in our community. Join the Mural Music & Arts Project as they share in imaginative word flow, rhetoric, and visual appeal enabling our modern day troubadour/trobairitz to address these complex issues of leadership in action. $10 donation requested
