Asparagus with White Truffle Oil Vinaigrette

This white truffle extra virgin olive oil is both aromatic and finely balanced. Each bottle, using top quality extra virgin olive oil, contains actual pieces of white truffle (Tuber magnatum pico). Spectacular in casseroles, vegetable and potato dishes, soups, gravies, meat sauces/entrées.... this is truly a chef's companion. On popcorn, it's perfect!
Ingredients:
For the vinaigrette:
Combine ingredients in a bowl and whisk.
Gently steam asparagus until just cooked through. Plate and drizzle with the vinaigrette. Adjust salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
Serves 6 to 8 people.
