The Original Smoked Olives which are packed in extra virgin olive oil. Eat the olives and use the extra virgin olive oil in your marinades, dressings, dips, or on your fish, chicken, or steak of choice.
Fantastic Smoked Cocktail Olives which are packed in vacuum sealed bags without the olive oil. They are a great addition to martinis, scotch, whiskey, beer, and Bloody Marys. We also just eat them plain!
Incredibly delicious Spicy Pickled Garlic Smoked Olives. Inspired by her years of living in Barcelona where you find large vats of delicious, crunchy garlic in all the markets, she pickles the smoked olives with fresh garlic, a secret herb and vinegar blend, lemon, white wine, and chili de arbol for a kick.
These wonderful creations are all natural and contain no lye or preservatives.
