The Journal of Functional Foods in Health and Disease
 

The Journal of Functional Foods in Health and Disease (FFHD) is a peer- reviewed open-access journal that covers various aspects of functional foods, bioactive compounds, and chronic disease management and prevention. It strives to develop concepts that aid in the understanding of the mechanisms of chronic disease and the creation of specific functional and medicinal food formulations for the prevention and management of those diseases. The FFHD journal now contains more than 150 articles. The journal is an excellent resource for PhD students, professors, food industry professionals, food scientists, nutritionists, dietitians, public health professionals, and food product developers. The FFHD editorial board is comprised of experts (39 professors) who are dedicated to publishing relevant, correctly formatted, research-based content.
