  • Here is the link to the list of accepted abstracts for the 10th International Conference at UCSB. As of today we have accepted 109 abstracts and more are to be included.
  • We have participants from more than 30 countries including USA, Austria, England, Japan, Australia, Canada, India, Brazil, Italy, Spain, China and more.
  • USDA and NIH representatives, FDA members of scientific as well as medical organizations and food related industry are active participants this year at our conference.
  • Conference participants,  whose abstracts have been accepted, are highly encouraged to submit  full articles for publication in our peer reviewed, open access international journal - Functional Foods in Health and Disease. 
  • Please read the instructions and the sample article before your submission. The publication fee for accepted abstracts will be available at a 50% discounted rate.

Registration for 10th International Conference:

  • You can REGISTER for the 10th International Conference at UCSB TODAY.
  • Many Medical and Food industry members have a special interest in the functional food innovations which will be presented at the conference.
  • We have reduced the attendance fee for industry members from $695 to $495We did this in order to increase their representation at our conference this year and support the research innovations of scientists in the field.

At the conference:

  • If any food or medical industry members would like to showcase their new and innovative functional food product with bioactive compounds, they may request a table. Tables for product presentation are available for special price $495 until February 28, 2012.
