What's Happening Around Texas

News from Preservation Texas Office

Preservation Day, to be held in Austin on Wed., Feb. 20, is just around the corner and we hope you will register online today. This is an excellent opportunity to network with other preservationists, community leaders, graduate students, and to schedule an appointment with your legislators (1-4 pm). We will celebrate 10 years of PT’s Most Endangered Places (MEP), the “I Love Courthouses” campaign, as well as share many educational tools and “best practices.”

The full agenda for the day is on our website, but if you need a flier to promote among your members, just email me at

A Big Preservation Day “Thank-You” to our sponsors:

Alyson McGee, Austin

San Antonio Conservation Society

Lynn Vogt, Dallas

There are plenty of sponsorship opportunities available, so contact Anna Hudson today at

Best wishes,
Terri Schexnayder
Office & Membership Manager
