Congratulations and an official welcome to our new vendors! Big Bundts & More & Box Turtle Bakery started bringing delicious baked goods last month. SMOKED PORK:  smoked, boneless pork chops (NEW!), smoked tenderized boneless ham tips, sausage (smoked Polish and smoked green pepper and onion).
PORK:  BACON is back, tenderloin, pork chops, roasts (boneless loin, Boston butt, shoulder picnic), shank, ground pork, sausage (country, bratwurst, sweet and hot Italian, chorizo, hot extra sage), jowls, rendered lard, cracklins.
STOCK MAKINGS: stew hens, chicken backs and necks, lamb bones, pork neck bones.
ORGAN MEATS:  chicken (livers, hearts), lamb (kidney, heart, liver, tongue), pork (liver, kidney, tongue).

EGGS:  jumbo and mixed size.

Products offered for sale:
     Potted helleborus plants - Flowers white, white with red spots, pink, bright pink. NEW this week - PINK FLOWERS WITH SHADING AND SPOTS - the pink flowers have darker pink/ purple shading on the edges of the petals, and many of these flowers are heavily spotted with purple spots.
     Cut flowers - cut Prunus mume flowers of white, pink, and red. Also some cut winter honeysuckle (sweet breath of spring) for those who like a more lemony fragrance.
Spring is coming - therefore the variety and quality of our plants (which are grown outdoors) will be better than on previous weeks.

This week we’ll have limited quantities of Baby Spinach, Baby Arugula, Lacinato Kale, Parsley and hopefully some of our new crop of Romaine. We’ll also have our Farm Photo Note Cards, good for any occasion.

 

As always, everything on the farm is grown without the use of chemicals or synthetic fertilizers.
