How Do You Count These Calories?

Invariably, the reason why so many of us gain weight easily is because we do not have any idea what our calorie intake is nor do we have any idea of what the calorie count of any food is.  As a quick and easy to remember benchmark, the daily intake of calories for a human being can vary greatly depending on age, sex, size, and other factors but according to the UK Department of Health Estimated Average Requirements are:

 

 1940 Calories
for Women

2,550 Calories
for Men

That said, here are some very easy to use and helpful web resources to help you choose healthy food, including calorie calculators, quizzes, goal setting and more here.


Re-Fit: Entry-Level Bootcamp

 

Many people, not having done any form of exercising over a long period of time, prefer to get back into shape slowly, getting ready progressively for an interval training program such as Renegade Bootcamp.  Rejoice! Relaunch of Football O2: Sessions Started 5 October
