Bad Habits That Make You Gain Weight
Eating too fast, lack of sleep, and the biggest myth: MISSING MEALS
and more, are habits that will indeed make us gain weight, a very interesting read on healthassist.net.
Did You Know? Bananas Help Fight Depression & More
"Bananas,
containing three natural sugars, sucrose, fructose and glucose combined with fiber, give an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy.
Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout." More.
How Do You Count These
Calories?
Invariably, the reason why so many of us gain
weight easily is because we do not have any idea what our calorie intake is nor do we have any idea of what the calorie count of any food is. As a quick and
easy to remember benchmark, the daily intake of calories for a human being can vary greatly depending on age, sex, size, and other factors
but according to the UK Department of Health Estimated Average Requirements are:
|
1940 Calories for
Women
|
2,550 Calories for Men
|
That said, here are some very easy to use and helpful web resources to
help you choose healthy food, including calorie calculators, quizzes, goal setting and more here.
