The Re-Fit Bootcamp: A Beginner's Bootcamp

Many people, not having done any form of exercising over a long period of time, prefer to get back into shape slowly, getting ready progressively for a more intense training program such as Renegade Bootcamp.  Rejoice! Fitness O2 is launching a brand new type of "entry level" bootcamp specifically designed to get you to a good level of fitness and prepared for the next level of your fitness journey: the high intensity, adrenalin pumping Renegade Bootcamp.

Run-4-Ur-Life Bootcamp: Cardiovascular Endurance

Do you want to run
a Marathon, or maybe half a marathon, or maybe just 10Km?
Are you looking to improve your cardio endurance to perform better in a specific sport like Football or Rugby or Tennis?
Fitness O2's Run-4-Ur-Life Bootcamp focuses on just that: high intensity cardio endurance sessions only!  At two sessions per week, expect to boost your endurance, get ready for a Marathon, play longer with more stamina, or get an edge over your competitors in your sport.  For more information, contact info@fitness02.com.

Stretch Out Sessions Now Available

Stretch Out is a new program offered by Fitness O2. Stretching should be a part of everyone’s workout program. It improves core strength and posture, strengthens muscles and reduces stress. A regular stretch class can help to strengthen muscles, but can help in the healing of troubled muscles. So after a hard week or working out at bootcamp, come and join us as we Stretch Out!

Relaunch of Football O2: Sessions Start 5 October

Football O2 is back after the summer break! The first session will be on Monday October 5th at Etihad School.  All children ages 4-13 welcome.
