endurance sessions only! At two sessions per week,

Stretch Out is
a new program offered by Fitness O2. Stretching should
be a part of everyone’s workout program. It improves
core strength and posture, strengthens muscles and
reduces stress. A regular stretch class can help to
strengthen muscles, but can help in the healing of
troubled muscles. So after a hard week or working out at
bootcamp, come and join us as we Stretch
Out!
