As you prepare for the hurricane that is now underway, you can help safeguard your family and personal property with a few simple tips.  If your Policy is with Allstate, Castle Key or Allstate Flood in the event you need to report a claim you can call  1800-54-STORM (78676) . Also please remember, some of your coverage is provided by other companies – not Allstate.  The outside company providing your coverage has its own process for submitting a claim, and having this information on hand will keep you prepared, if this time ever comes.


  1. Have insurance policy numbers and claim support information in a safe, dry place for each policy you have purchased. 
  2. When filing a claim, contact the company directly. 
  3. To follow up on a claim, once again contact the company directly.
