Hi Valued Customer,

Mother’s Day is such a wonderful day to celebrate unconditional love.

When we say thank you to our Mom’s or honor their memory in a special way, we are wrapping that blanket of unconditional love around ourselves.

Even though we are giving thanks, again, we share in the amazing gift of our Mother.

In case you have waited until the last moment, here are some quick easy things that you can do to celebrate Mother’s day with your special lady!

Write about a special memory that you have that involves mostly HER.  Talk about how it still makes you smile to this day.  This will, no doubt, become one of her most treasured items.

Round up pictures of her children and make a neat card out of them.  Either on the computer or actually making copies and then adhering them to cardstock.

Write out ## ways she makes you smile (one for every year she has been alive) - J in my case… 70.  I got to get started.

Find one of her old black and white photos, copy it and attach it to the front of a journal.  Inside, write questions that she could answer from her life.  For instance – Your favorite Christmas, Favorite childhood friend.  Did you have pets, what did she dream of being, etc etc. One question for each page. You could do #3 in the back of this journal! What a cool surprise for her!

If she is a reader, get her a kindle!  She is never too old to learn to use one. You may have to go and download books for her, but do it!  She will LOVE it!

Get her a basket of all of her favorite treat/snacks.  She will love picking through them for several days! Find some candy from when she was a little girl!

Find out what is on her Life’s To Do List, and start working towards making it happen.

Give her 4 gift certificates to her favorite places. One for each weekend for a month.

Hide note cards, that you’ve written something loving in, in her home so that after you leave she is still finding and opening Mother’s day wishes.

Jot down all the ways that YOU have turned into your mother! You may be surprised when she looks over the list and ADDS to it!

Most of all have fun!  Don’t let what you couldn’t do or desired to do but didn’t spoil your time with her.

Focus on how awesome she truly is….honor her that way.

Happy Mother's Day

Mom's will always be special to us kids!

happy-mothers-day I love how moms are just the know all, do all, care about all and not afraid of most anything, even though their heart aches often and tears flow more than they should.

Enjoy this tribute to Moms from my heart.  While we may not always be wife, sister, aunt etc, if we've had a child, you'll always be a mom.

"We are the believers of dreams, encouragers to the end and the gentle shove out of the next when fear arises.  We are a constant reminder that can't never could and that won't never will, but if you think you can, then you probably will."

Share with the Mom's in your world.

Thank you for your heart for others and for allowing me a moment of your time to encourage, inspire and motivate you.

Have a glorious weekend.

If you can't hug or call your Mom, please know that my prayers are with you.
