Chaîne des Rôtisseurs
chaine_banner.jpg
The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is an international gastronomic society which can trace its roots back to 1248. As a member of the Chaîne, I am eagerly looking forward to the Chaîne dinner at the home of Mike and Christine Schroeder, which is being presented in cooperation with CMS. Two things make this a unique event in contrast to its others: this event is open to folks who are not members of the Chaîne, and the evening will feature an half-hour concert by the Ariel Quartet as part of the quartet's Sedona residency. We believe this evening of exceptional food and music in a stunningly beautiful setting will be memorable. You are cordially invited to join us. We hope to see you there.
