Hey friends,
We invite you to the next California Nonprofit Technology Festival in Richmond, California on September 25 and 26. Join us for this two-day gathering of over 100 folks from California and abroad who are passionate about leveraging technology and creative media for social justice.
The CA Tech Fest is envisioned as a safe and collaborative space for you to voice your thoughts, engage in critical dialogue, and build genuine connections. Through small group sessions, we'll strive to build capacity to advance social change efforts around the state. We'd love to have you there! Registration is open.
Here's the run-down
What's on the agenda?
We emphasize collaboration, participation, and the sharing of experiences and ideas. To make sure the agenda reflects the needs, passions, and talents of the people in the room, most of the agenda topics are emergent, based on input from participants before and during the event.
We expect topics ranging from social media strategy, constituent engagement, privacy and security, media advocacy, and self-care for organizers. We also expect a few sessions in español.
If there's a topic you're hoping to discuss or learn about, get in touch and we'll try to make it happen. We welcome you to facilitate a session if there's an outcome you're passionate about working towards at the event.

This is a space where everyone is welcome to speak up, foster an ethic of listening, and leave the event with new connections to a passionate and growing community.
