Senate Passes SB 288 and 289

camo_casperson_thormanOne week after over 100 people  came to Camo at the Capitol to meet with their legislators, the Senate passed the Scientific Wildlife Management package protecting the rights to hunt, fish and trap! 

Hunters, Trappers and Anti's Discuss Wolf Proposal

grey_wolf1 (2)The Wolf Management Advisory Council met in St. Ignace on April 24 to discuss the DNR's proposed wolf hunting regulations, which the NRC could approve in May. 

AG Schuette: "Hands Off the Trust Fund"

In a formal opinion, Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette said that the Natural Resources Trust Fund cannot be used for maintenance projects. 


New Bill Protects Shooting Ranges
