If you missed the March 2, 2009 deadline, you may still file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), but you will be considered for the remaining available funds only, usually limited to Pell Grant and student loans. Please be sure to list SF State Federal School Code 001154 on your FAFSA. You can begin filing FAFSA online beginning January 1, 2009. Please view San Francisco State University, Office of Student Financial Aid at www.sfsu.edu/~finaid for information. University Housing Launches Family Resource PageSF State University Housing has launched a quick and convenient family resources page on their website. The page offers information for family members of current campus residents. On this page, you can view the Fall 2008 Family Newsletter, access the housing calendar, download payment forms, and much more. Visit this new resource at www.sfsu.edu/~housing and click on “Family Resources”. Now Accepting 2009-2010 Housing Applications for New StudentsSF State University Housing recommends that new students apply for housing before being admitted to San Francisco State University. Housing is first come, first served and demand is very high. The housing application process started on October 1 for new students and is separate from University admissions. Current residents will receive emails in February about the returning resident process. Visit the University Housing website at www.sfsu.edu/~housing for more information about on-campus housing. |
