Your Key to Success

HRGC eCornellIn today’s collaborative work environment, the power of the individual is greater than ever.  You may have a solid understanding of the fundamental tools needed to do your job well, making you a key player in your company/business. But if you want to be the “go to” person to execute top level initiatives, you need to be armed with a set of high-level strategic skills.

You need the Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management (HRGC) from Cornell University's ILR School and eCornell. This critical component will take an HR professional to the next level, as a thought leader and shaper of the company.

Taking the HRGC will provide you with:

  • Improved business skills and knowledge increasing your credibility among your peers.
  • Advanced HR learning and access to leading academic researchers and teachers , helping you develop ideas about how to help your organization succeed and the tools to make it happen.
  • A Cornell credential stands out in the meeting room and the employment marketplace.
  • The ability to complete the certificate in as few as 9 months.

Not to mention a promotion or new position can increase your earnings by as much as 42 percent (from recent Bersin Study - "Directors can expect to make a 42 percent increase in compensation over managers")

To learn more about the HRGC, please visit eCornell.
