Dear Friends and Supporters,
We hope you had a wonderful holiday and happy new year! Here at Starlight your support made it a magical season for many!
In December we hosted our 8th annual Holiday Party. Over 120 children and families join Starlight for an amazing day filled with spirit and joy. Each child received a gift from Santa straight from their wish list! Another HUGE Thank you One-to-One Interactive, iCorps, and Wheelock College; you made our very deserving children very happy this season! The party hosted at Jillians included bowling, face painting, arts & crafts, cookies decorating and sing along carols by Simmons College Students!
Starlight also had a blast at the Santa Speedo Run, we raised over $68,000 in support of local programs and services.
This new year our primary resolution remains the same, to brighten the lives of seriously ill children and their families and we are starting the year off with a bang! Read on for volunteer opportunities and details.

Teams dressed in spirited costumes that inspired cheer and laughter from onlookers. The event primarily lead by volunteers was a blast for everyone involved. Six Starlight families raced and shared a unique memory together as they toured the city with Starlight volunteers. While veteran racers and newbie’s competed to win prizes and the title of 1st place. Starlight subjected racers to worms, fish heads, gooey treasure hunting and much more.
