The Art of Leading Collectively
We empower people to lead collectively
towards a sustainable future

Dear Madam or Sir,

In September, the UN announced the post-2015 Sustainable Development Goals. No doubt, collective leadership will be necessary to achieve these targets in areas of economic, social and environmental development for all of the world's 193 countries.

The Collective Leadership Institute addresses these kind of challenges in bringing together all relevant key players systematically. By helping people to transform systems we are doing our part to transform the world.

We want to dramatically grow the movement for Collective Leadership globally with our community of changemakers - those who have the common will to shift systems of
stakeholder collaboration towards better co-creation.

Be the first to get insights into a ground-breaking publication by Petra Kuenkel. In this edition of our newsletter, lern how you can benefit from our innovative methodology and how the Collective Leadership Compass affects you.

What is the book about?
Our world is facing unsustainable global trends - from climate change and water scarcity to energy insecurity, unfair labor practices, and growing inequality. Tackling these crises effectively requires a collective form of leadership
. But, in a world of many silos, how do we get people to work together toward a common goal? It is a question that Petra Kuenkel answers in "The Art of Leading Collectively". Readers learn how to tackle system change for sustainable development, reimagine leadership as a collaborative endeavor, retrain leaders to work collectively, and manage diverse groups through a change process that has sustainability as a guiding focus.
