Students enjoyed exploring the diversity of nature life the garden has to offer which included: a visit to the butterfly habitat, wildlife pond and various botanical collections. The Be Project of Family Place is a team of educators and counselors that provide age and culturally appropriate violence prevention education for 3rd
grade, as well as for college students, that focuses on building healthy relationships and the prevention of various forms of relational aggression, including dating violence, sexual violence, bullying, and cyber-bullying. They provide a 6-week education program as well as therapeutic group programs and one-time awareness presentations on any of the previously listed topics.
