Visit Us at the Downtown Newberg Tasting Room

Our Tasting Room is open daily from 11 to 5. We feature different wines each month and offer two tasting flights.

No appointments are necessary and tasting fees for our Tasting Panel Wine Club members are waived.

Groups of 8 or more do require advance reservations so we can be prepared to serve you.

Two Ways to Visit CHEHALEM

This summer marks the 2nd Anniversary of our Tasting Room in downtown Newberg, with many of you taking advantage of its convenience to pick up wines, see what's new, or just say "Hi."

But I must admit I've missed seeing special friends of CHEHALEM at the winery! Just so you know, leisurely, sit-down tastings at the winery ARE still available if you have special guests in town or if you want to see what's happening at the winery.

Call in advance for an appointment to make sure I'm not fishing at 503-538-4700.

Serious dedication to Oregon Pinot Noir led Margaret to CHEHALEM all the way from Charlotte, North Carolina. She graduated with a Marketing degree from UNC and is a CSW (Certified Specialist of Wine). An avid cook, traveler, and yoga enthusiast, Margaret is sure to charm you with her cheery attitude and Southern hospitality.

CHAD DOUGLAS / Viticulturist
As viticulturist and vineyard manager of Corral Creek, Ridgecrest, and Wind Ridge Vineyards, Chad coordinates our vineyard crew’s activities and works to grow the best grapes we can. From New Zealand, Chad has a Master's in Geography and Climatology and has been a viticulturist and vineyard manager at two Central Otago vineyards and in France's Loire Valley.
