We're all United by Blue

12778763_1224726387555098_601992654710778302_oWe're all united by blue (by water). Our bodies are made up of roughly 70% water. The world is roughly 90% water. When we search for other habitable planets, we're looking for water, because water means life. And that's why United by Blue, an outdoor clothing company that started in Philadelphia, is dedicated to cleaning up our waterways.

For every item sold, United by Blue is devoted to picking up a pound of trash. United by Blue recently held a Schuylkill Scrub cleanup in Bartram's Garden where 100 volunteers pick up nearly 13,000 pounds of litter and debris. Read more about the cleanup here.
