Steam will be coming to Nicholson during the weekend of the 100th anniversary celebration of the Nicholson Bridge! Details are still being worked out. But check out Norfolk Southern's press release link: http://nscorp.com/content/nscorp/en/news/class-j-611-homecomingtokickoffnorfolksouthern21stcenturysteamex.htmlFort Wayne Railroad Historical Society is working with NS and Steamtown National Historic Site on this.


Keep in mind, Steamtown is also working with other railroad groups on an excursion for Sunday, September 13, 2015, details also still being worked out: http://www.nps.gov/stea/planyourvisit/2015-excursions.htm.
