Come and join us for another evening of fun! The next Wine Dinner will be Friday, May 27 and will be a "Regular Dinner with the Winemaker" in the Dining Cave...

Menu Created by the Chef- Come Hungry!

First Course (Social Hour in the tasting Room)
Meatballs with Lebnah & Harissa, Hummus & Pita

Second Course
Grilled Shrimp with Minted Spring Pea Relish

Third Course
Field Greens with Lentils, Roast Carrot, Pistachios, Goat Cheese,
Honey and Lime

Fourth Course
Morrocan Spiced Beef or Chicken, Braised Greens, Jeweled Cous Cous

Warm Bread and Butter

Fifth Course
Cardamom Custard with Orange and Cinnamon Shortbread

6:00 Arrival of guests for Social Hour
First course hors d'oeuvres and a glass of our newest wine in the Tasting      
Room along with a "meet and greet" with the Winemaker

6:30 Tour of the Fermentation Room by the Winemaker, discussion of                    winemaking,   and a "Barrel Tasting" from a barrel of aging wine in the Barrel Room of the Cave

7:00 Dinner in the Dining Cave
