Rajkot Launches Fleet Auto-Rickshaw Services
Rajkot’s first ever fleet auto-rickshaw service was launched today by Shri Nitinbhai Patel, Minister of Urban Development, Government of Gujarat. The project was developed in partnership with the Rajkot Municipal Corporation (RMC), Nirmal Foundation and EMBARQ India. (read more)

Bringing Bicycles to Favelas
EMBARQ Brazil organized a workshop on July 9-11 to promote the use of bicycles in favelas in Rio de Janeiro. The workshop convened Alta Planning & Design, Rio city officials, and offices contracted to work on the slum upgrading designs for the "Morar Carioca" project. (read more)
