This new lounge addition project is part of the City of Toronto’s commitment to investing in Toronto’s 13 priority neighbourhoods. The lounge at McGregor Community Centre creates a new street façade as it extends out toward Lawrence Avenue East. This bright, open community focal point provides the perfect gathering spot for seniors and youth.

Inspired by Nature

Urban Ravine House

Located in Toronto's Summerhill neighborhood, the original darkly traditional, staid 2 1/2-storey house was designed without consideration of its breathtaking ravine site. Today, sits a 4,000sf, 4-storey home oriented at all four levels to the natural beauty of the ravine to the south, with views of the city's towers during the winter and of a natural forest in the summer.

BORTOLOTTO is extremely honored and excited to be selected as the architect for the Reach Out Centre for Kids (ROCK) in Burlington. This 6,400m2 (21,000sf) new construction will provide much needed space to this vital community resource that promotes positive child development through a variety of programs and services that help strengthen the ability of families and the community to raise and nurture children.  Learn more about ROCK here and stay tuned for more updates as we move forward with this project.
