Team Update  1/10/18

We had a fun mogul comp this weekend to cap off our Christmas Camp.  Congratulations to all our competitors on a safe and productive competition.  A full results list is available at  The staff was overall impressed with the training that happened over the camp given the snow and weather conditions.  It looks like snow is in the forecast for later this week and into next week, so hopefully conditions will pick up soon.  

1) SquawFree is training at Woodward today 2-4pm - instead of on hill training due to the wet and sticky training conditions. Shirley and Siberia are on maintenance hold today.

2)  ****The SQUAWFREE App is live for IOS and ready to go (android coming soon)****
how to get to the app:
a) Go to the apple app store  - search 'squawfree' - and download *squawfree is one word*.
b) MOST IMPORTANT: you must accept push notifications.
c) Make sure you register and add all your information.
d) Please download the app so you can be 'in the know' for the rest of the season.

3) Full Team Practice Monday January 15th MLK 8:30-3pm.  Open to all athletes

4) Your Squaw mogul competition runs are up on Drop Box.  If you do not have access to our dropbox please contact Shelly @

5) USASA Rail Jam @ Boreal 1/14/18.  Go to to get registered.  You must be a USASA member to compete.  Go to USASA to get your membership.  Contact Tyler Homen @ for all comp day information.

7) Woodward is back! Every Friday from 6-8pm.  We will update you on the app with any additional training times or cancelations.

SquawFree Team Jackets!

If you ordered a team jacket it is ready and in the team room.  Please pick up from Jimeel in the office.

Next week will be the last week to order team jackets!

Our Junior size Jackets are Patagonia Snowshot Jackets.  They will have the SquawFree logo on the front chest and on the back. 
Sizes available  (youth - med, large, XXL) price per jacket is $115.00 (with logo's)
If you need an XL, please contact Jimeel and we will try and track on down at a retail store in the area. Patagonia is sold out of XL online.

Adult size team jackets are Patagonia Powder Bowl Jacket w/ logo on front chest and back.
Sizes available now (xs, sm, med). Price per jacket is $215.00.

You can try on jackets in the team room or you can find your jacket size by going to the Patagonia store in the Squaw Village. To request a team jacket please sign up on google docs HERE. It will take less then 10 days to logo. You will be contacted when ready and pick up in the office.  If you have a problem signing up  please email Jimeel with jacket info.  You have one more week to order Jackets.
